Sales Support Administrator

The Role

This position will report directly to the Global Systems and Operations Manager (based in NYC) and will be joining a global team of Sales Support Analysts. We are looking for a detailed orientated, organized individual that can work in a fast paced, energetic organization that has excellent career growth opportunities.  This individual must be a self-starter, proactive and own the responsibilities of this role.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Support Administrator

Data Quality & Administration

  • Be an advocate for data integrity and quality on Salesforce
  • Qualify, manage, and direct all inbound leads on Salesforce
  • Process account requests, transfers and merges
  • Administer Salesforce ad-ons
  • Create, maintain & monitor revenue dashboards and reporting on team results

Revenue Team Support

  • Develop an understanding of Sales and Client Services business rules and processes
  • Maintain monthly revenue and BDM activity reports
  • Assist with new-hire set up
  • Perform other duties as required


  • Assist department heads with thoughtful sales analysis, department trends & staff performance

As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • Undergraduate degree advantageous
  • Salesforce experience
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and independent projects
  • Detailed orientated and extremely organized
  • An analytical mindset & curiosity for discovering trends in data
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment – both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with basic data analysis including preparation of reports and charts in Excel and PowerPoint
