  • Enhance and develop new and existing software, websites and applications to timelines and specifications set down by manager in conjunction with stakeholders
  • Ensure existing software (including proprietary websites) are maintained and supported in a bug-free environment and are available to meet the requirements of stakeholders
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and find solutions to program or website issues
  • Effectively translate business requirements into a technical design, and then transform that design into working applications
  • Use software to produce outputs from internal databases
  • Provide solutions and enhancements to improve business operations, efficiency and quality
  • Support the Business Analytics, Network and Database teams and stakeholders with queries and projects
  • Ensure existing software is maintained and supported in a bug free environment, and available to meet the requirements of stakeholders, by resolving helpdesk issues within SLA timeframes
  • Enhance existing software and develop new software to timelines and specifications set down by manager in conjunction with stakeholders. Release software after testing, code optimisation and finalising documentation with sign-off from stakeholders and/or manager.
  • Use software to produce outputs from internal databases on an ad-hoc basis
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, ensuring that all requests are received via a manager, keeping stakeholders informed of progress during the development process and documenting all communication with stakeholders during projects.


  • 3-5 years of development experience working with ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core / VB.NET / C# using Visual Studio 2017-2019
  • Experience with SQL Server 2008 and higher (understand Triggers, Store procs, etc.)
  • Proficient with cross-browser HTML and CSS programming, JavaScript, JQuery and MVC/WebForms
  • Skills in XML, XSLT, JSON
  • Experience with IIS and Unit testing
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Willingness to proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvement
  • Experience of the full web development project lifecycle, from client requirement gathering through to documentation
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize various responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to effectively deal with unexpected assignments, changes to workload or design revisions mid-project based on management priorities or client requests
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, especially with stakeholders who often have limited technical knowledge
  • Ability to work with others, as well as independently and autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Solid understanding of commercial systems development processes and the ability to be self-driven and motivated in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Tertiary degree in computer science or information technology, and/or related experience
