The Role

This entry level position will report directly to Head of Sales and Client Services. We are looking for a detailed orientated, organised individual that has the ability to work in a fast paced, energetic organisation that has excellent career growth opportunities. To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter, proactive and own the responsibilities of this role.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Support Administrator

  • Answering and redirecting inbound sales enquiries from multiple channels, including web and phone based
  • Build an understanding of Sales and Client Services business rules and processes
  • Lead enquiry management & allocation
  • Collecting sales and any related data for maintaining internal reporting
  • Work with and maintain dedicated CRM (Salesforce) & Customer Success Platform (Gainsight) i.e maintain users and relevant user records in conjunction with business rules
  • Create and maintain CRM (Salesforce) Dashboards and Reports
  • General maintenance of the CRM (Salesforce) database and work with global administrators to complete process changes or updates
  • Administration of any Salesforce add-ons such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Navigator, GoToMeeting, Udemy for Business etc.
  • Assisting department heads with on-going analysis of topics including but not limited to: department trends, staff performance, inbound enquiries and monthly commission analysis
  • Assisting with new-hire set up
  • Performing other duties as required




As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and independent projects simultaneously in a timely manner with minimal supervision
  • Ability to collect, analyze, interpret  and communicate data
  • Proficient in MS-Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). experience would be a plus but not essential
  • Familiarity with basic data analysis including preparation of reports and charts in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and independent projects simultaneously in a timely manner with minimal supervision
  • Proactive “can-do” attitude with an ability to show initiative and diligence.
  • Creativity and a sense of humor are also a plus!
